American Red Cross needed a tool that would allow them to manage their volunteer intake process through intuitive actions, internal and external communication, and automated processes.
The challenge was to build out an entire tool that would allow all of these features and keep the experience clean and easy to manage. ARC needed to keep the entire process open and available to all volunteer managers. Which meant the flow for the user was dependent upon a user taking a task or releasing one. It was a real challenge to condense so much information and actions into a clean interface.
